During LAFW, I made a friend for the evening. When I expressed to them my love for styling bold arrays of pieces, they admitted that they prefer a smaller selection of options; they travel often, and it’s easier that way.

“It seems restricting at first, but it’s quite freeing,” they said. “It takes less energy to choose my outfit, leaving more energy to live my life.”

Their name was Phoebe. With this collection, I explore the liberation of less, revealing the freedom within limits. Each outfit is comprised of staple garments for a bold, contemporary closet – straying from my signature abstract layering.
